Born from late-night laughs and a shared love for Japanese culture, Nippongrish is a playful apparel brand created by four friends — 3 Amerika-jin and our legendary Japanese buddy BFK — who thought, “What if we made a whole store out of those hilariously off translations you see on shirts in Tokyo?” So we did.

Our designs blend Japanese language with awkward, literal, or just plain wrong English — all on purpose. Think of it as a love letter to the beautiful chaos of cross-cultural expression, with a side of sarcasm and style.
